The North Atlantic breeze carries the cool ocean mist across the fertile fields of the Annapolis Valley. Here, the fruit trees bask in cozy sunshine, caress dancing native bees, and root deeply in nutrient-rich, glacial soil.
Called by many the fruit basket of North America, at Moonrise Ridge, we simply call it home. Like the thriving fruit trees of the idyllic Annapolis Valley, the Moonrise Ridge family has established deep roots in the soil of Atlantic Canada.

As renowned Nova Scotia shipbuilders and merchants, our founding family's ancestors actively engaged in a lively trade industry.
Shipments of our much-sought-after fish and lumber would be traded for provisions, including apples, rum, molasses, salt, and sugar, which, in turn, enriched the lives of many Nova Scotians.
Today, we honour those traditions by proudly crafting beer, cider, wine, and seltzer that bring a rich and vibrant variety of flavours to Nova Scotians' palates.
